Honest about what we check — and what we don't.
What verification means
"Transfer method approved" means a reviewer has confirmed the ticket can move to you through the stated route. It isn't a guarantee of entry, and we never call a ticket verified based on a screenshot.
If something goes wrong
- Seller never transfers: the order is cancelled and refunded in full.
- Ticket rejected or already used: open a dispute. A scan record alone doesn't decide the outcome — we look at all the evidence.
- Event cancelled: refunds follow the organiser's outcome and are passed on to you.
How disputes are investigated
We pause the seller's payout, ask both sides for evidence, and record the decision and reason. Most disputes are resolved within 5 working days.
